VIP NEW YEAR’S EVE – GRAND BALCONY
As we bid goodbye to this year and welcome the new one, The Greek Club invites you to a special VIP event on the grand balcony. Experience an unforgettable night of celebration on December 31st, starting from 08 pm, with an exclusive view of both firework displays that light up the city sky. The Grand Balcony Bar will be open from 6 pm for early arrivals.
For a price of $130, you will have exclusive use of the grand balcony and your own private bar area. Enjoy a cocktail, sparkling wine, or beer on arrival as you take in the festive atmosphere. As the evening unfolds, the excitement is only set to increase with our specially curated 4-course modern Australian menu.
The VIP Menu
The evening will start with an Amuse Bouche, featuring a selection of delicate and delectable treats. Savour Blinis with chive & sour cream, topped with Tasmanian salmon caviar, or caramelized onion sourdough with aged pancetta and double cream brie. The menu also includes a fresh fruit plate, drizzled with champagne & Frangelico liqueur sabayon, and Coffin Bay oysters, served with barrel-aged vodka, lime zest, and caviar.
The Main Event
As the clock ticks towards the New Year, the main course is served. Indulge in Mooloolaba king prawns with Nantua sauce for the entrée. The star of the evening is a dish of aged Wagyu beef fillet marble 6 Madeley, paired with Moreton Bay bugs, Perigourdine sauce, sprouting cauliflower, and a Paris truffle quenelle. The beef’s rich and distinct flavour, combined with the unique taste of the bugs and the truffle’s earthiness, promises a culinary experience like no other.
A Sweet End
No meal is complete without dessert, and we’ve prepared a trio of plates to end the night on a sweet note. The first is a Bourbon vanilla crème Brule tart, a perfect blend of creamy and crunchy. Next is the Jupiter dark bittersweet chocolate & salted caramel, a decadent treat for chocolate lovers. And finally, a surprise dish that promises to leave you wanting more.
