Q. Why do you do what you do?
A. It’s my life, my hobby and my passion. I love creating authentic Greek cuisine, it makes me very happy.
Q. What do you think sets The Greek Club apart from other venues?
A. I have found a lot of love and respect from our members and guests, and I try to give the same back. That is what I like, it’s like my family. That is what really set The Greek Club apart, we put so much passion into everything we do because we care about our guests like they are family.
Q. What attributes do you bring to ensure we deliver the best guest experience possible?
A. I put a lot of love into my food and use traditional recipes. All my recipes are as if you are eating in Greece. Our guests are like our family so of course we want to give them the best dining experience we can.
Q. What have the highlights of your time at the club been?
A. I love preparing Greek cuisine for our exclusive member’s events. Our members are very important to us and I love being able to make special dishes for these events. I also love cooking for the VIPs at Paniyiri including all the well-known politicians.
