  • Tomato Salata – Tomato, onion, smoky grilled pita bread strips
  • Monemvasia Saitia – Herb and horta pastry pastry pockets
  • Fried Barramundi Savoro – Fillets of barramundi deep fried in a light flour batter and served with a sweet and sour dressing
  • Roasted Rooster with tomato honey and cinnamon sauce – With roasted artichokes and potatoes
  • Baked goat and macaroni filo pie – Slow braised goat with macaroni , ricotta , lemon
  • Sauteed spinach with garlic and orange
