• Handmade ravioli with haloumi cheese, prosciutto, kalamata olives, lemon zest and white wine lemon sauce
• Grain fed Victorian lamb cutlet with creamy soft polenta, onion marmalade and aged balsamic glaze
• Free range marinated spiced pork loin with Moroccan style quinoa and corn pickled salsa

• Roasted fillet of beef with caramelised garlic pomee puree, heirloom tomato, melange of roasted vegetables and madeira jus
• Free range breast of chicken with roasted scallion and buttermilk crushed potatoes, honey glazed carrots and white wine sauce with a hint of Tarago River blue cheese
• Pesto crusted Huon salmon with Jerusalem artichoke, crushed potatoes, vine tomato and lemon caper dressing
• Slow cooked lamb shank with butternut confit puree, baby broccoli, vine roasted tomato and port glaze jus

• Jupiter – Rich chocolate cake, layers of Gianduya mousse and salted caramel pearls
• Crème Brulee – Rich creamy custard of white chocolate, coconut and malibu topped with caramelised sugar
